At Southeastern Holistic Health many times people come to us in crisis and work with us closely in our traditional 6 month care plans to stabilize their health.  But after this is over it leaves them wondering...what is next?  How do I keep from sliding backwards or get annual care? 

As a result, we have established the Monthly Membership Care Plan.  We encourage individuals to actively participate in their health decision and healing processes, promoting a lifestyle that supports preventitive health care.
