Sarah Bothwell

Master Restorative Wellness Practitioner & Restorative Fertility Specialist
Sarah Bothwell is a wife and mom of 3 sweet kids. After years of struggling with her daughter’s health and finding ways to help heal her body naturally, Sarah decided to start on a new career path and went back to school. She spent years studying in the world of Holistic Health with the goal of helping others find healing.
As a certified Master Restorative Wellness Practitioner: her client-work includes functional nutrition, blood chemistry, autoimmune issues, homeopathy, detoxification, vitamins and supplements, gut health, hormone health and more.
In 2024 Sarah also certified in the field of Restorative Fertility as a Specialist, after studying under one of the nation's leading Restorative Fertility doctors. She has already been able to help so many people in the Southeast who did not have access to this incredibly successful fertility option. If you are struggling to conceive or have been diagnosed with Unexplained Infertility, you are in the right place. Fertility goes beyond just hormones. All the systems of the body can affect the ability for your body to conceive, some more so than others.
Sarah loves Jesus, coffee, creating with her hands, and helping people get healthy. When she’s not chasing her toddler around trying to get him to put on clothes, she is either in the kitchen preparing food for her family, or outside working with the garden and animals.

Martina Suttles

Certified Laser Specialist
Martina brings a unique blend of clinical experience, personal resilience, and holistic insight to her work as a Holistic Health Practitioner. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and nearly a decade of hands-on experience in orthopedics, oncology, and medical-surgical care, she offers a strong foundation in traditional medicine.
Her own long-term health journey led her to explore integrative approaches to healing, ultimately becoming a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Laser Specialist. She is currently advancing her training as a Bioenergetic Practitioner.
Martina focuses on energy-based therapies that support cellular function and help the body restore balance—essential for improving the function of every system in the body.
Rooted in compassion, faith, and a desire to serve, Martina offers care that sees and supports the whole person. As a wife and mother, she brings warmth and empathy to every client interaction and believes that everyone is worthy of love, wholeness, and vibrant health.
Justin Bothwell
Business Manager
After 2 decades of working in a variety of management positions in Business/Operations roles, Justin decided it was time to join the family business alongside his wife. He joined in 2023 and has been crucial to growing the business and enabling more people to be helped in the middle GA area. He supports all aspects of running Southeastern Holistic Health behind the scenes from finance, marketing, planning, and daily operations.
When Justin is not working, he enjoys working around their rural property, hunting, fishing, camping, and just about anything outside. He also loves to help support/coach other small businesses in the area that need advising but don't have large budgets to pay big consulting firms.
