This conference is a small intimate gathering of women where together we will go through educational and interactive sessions in following areas and MORE:
1. What to do if you are in burnout
2. What food actually fuels the body
3. What blood markers are important and what to do with them
4. Stress management tools including a guided journaling session with a guest instructor

Sarah Bothwell - NHP, MRWP
Master Restorative Wellness Practitioner and owner of Southeastern Holistic Health
As a Master Restorative Wellness Practitioner, her client-work includes functional nutrition, autoimmune issues, homeopathy, detoxification, vitamins and supplements, gut health, hormone health and more. In 2024 Sarah also certified in the field of Restorative Fertility as a Specialist.
Sarah loves Jesus, coffee, creating with her hands, and helping people get healthy. When she’s not chasing her toddler around trying to get him to put on clothes, she is either in the kitchen preparing food for her family, or outside working with the garden and animals.

Both a college writing professor and certified journaling instructor who loves Jesus, Allison aspires to inspire as many people as possible to experience the powerful, life-giving practice of journaling. She is married to her husband Ben, has three amazing kids, and too many dogs and chickens. She loves anytime spent on the coast, great conversation, and at least two cups of coffee a day.

She had the opportunity to attend Helms college where she graduated valedictorian of her class! Gigi loves to provide delicious food prepared very intentially. Over the years Gigi has found a love for nutrition and cooking with your health in mind. She believes that food can be delicious and good for you simultaneously.
